Jonathan M. Cesaretti
Biography
Jon Cesaretti is a Senior Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP, in the State and Local Tax Group. Jon focuses on the state and local taxation of complex business transactions and structures. He also has significant experience representing clients before the taxing authorities in a number of jurisdictions. He has experience serving a number of industries, including retailers (internet and otherwise), service providers, manufacturers (domestic and foreign owned), investment partnerships and private equity.
Jon earned his undergraduate degree at Columbia University and his law degree at Loyola; at the latter he was Lead Articles Editor of the Consumer Law Reporter. He has his LL.M in taxation from DePaul College of Law. Jon is a frequent speaker and author on state and local tax topics.
