Gino L. DiVito

 

Biography
Gino L. DiVito has had a most distinguished career in law. After graduating from law school, he practiced for almost 14 years as an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney. He was appointed as an Associate Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County in 1977. He was subsequently elected a Circuit Court Judge. In 1989 he was appointed to the Illinois Appellate Court by the Supreme Court of Illinois. He later left his judicial position to return to the private practice of law. He has taught trial practice at Loyola since 1979.
