Ted Donner

 

Biography
Professor Donner is the principal of the Donner and Co. Law Office. He earned his undergraduate degree at Roosevelt University and his law degree at Loyola. Subsequent to his graduation from law school, he was an associate with Rock, Fusco, Reynolds & Garvey in Chicago. He also served Of Counsel to the litigation practice group at Altheimer & Gray, where his practice was concentrated in antitrust, insurance coverage, and general commercial litigation. In addition to a number of law review and bar journal articles, he is the author of two national treatises for West Group: Jury Selection: Strategy and Science (with Richard Gabriel) (now in its 3rd edition) and The Attorneys Practice Guide to Negotiations (with the Honorable Brian Crowe) (now in its 2nd edition). He has taught Advocacy at Loyola and coached a number of moot court teams.
