Timothy D. Elliott
Biography
Timothy D. Elliott is an attorney with Rathje & Woodward where his practice includes products liability, intellectual property, and bankruptcy-related matters. He has tried a wide variety of cases before arbitration panels, and in state and federal courts. He has briefed and argued civil and criminal appeals in the Illinois, New York and South Carolina appellate courts, as well as the Third and Seventh Circuits.
