Michael G. Falk
Biography
Michael Falk is a partner at the law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP. He assists both public and private companies in all areas of executive compensation, including design and implementation of equity, equity-based and non-equity-based compensation arrangements, such as stock option plans, restricted stock plans, phantom stock plans, and other types of short-term and long-term incentive programs. Mr. Falk assists clients with the design and operation of qualified retirement plans, including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans and ESOPs. Mr. Falk also works extensively with benefit issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on several aspects of ERISA litigation, including benefit claims and fiduciary breaches.
