Scott M. Gilbert

 

Biography
Scott M. Gilbert is an associate attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.  Scott is a member of Hinshaw's Labor & Employment Group, wherein he provides advice and counseling to employers, and represents his clients in actions before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  Scott is a Loyola grad, and served as a legal writing tutor and member of its moot program during his time as a student.  While a member of Loyola's Labor and Employment Moot Court Team, Scott's team won the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition, and was twice award Second Best Respondent's Brief.

J.D., cum laude, Loyola University Chicago School of Law, 2004
