Honorable James F. Henry
Biography
Hon. James F. Henry has been a judge with the Circuit Court of Cook County since 1988. Since 2005, he has served in the Chancery Division and previously was a Law Division and a County Division judge. In 1988, he was named an associate judge for the 1st and 5th Municipal Districts.
Before joining the bench bar, he was a partner at The Law Firm of Gould & Ratner where his practice focused on trial and appellate litigation. He also served as Supervisor for the Civil Division of the Office of the State's Attorney of Cook County from 1978-1983.
