Kevin M. Hudspeth

 

Biography
Kevin Hudspeth is an Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the Illinois Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Bureau. Prior to starting with the Office of the Attorney General, Kevin was an associate attorney for a boutique inter-state law firm focusing on consumer lending litigation. Kevin is a former law clerk for the Honorable Sheila King Devane, where he served in the Mortgage Foreclosure and Mechanics Lien Section of the Circuit Court of Cook County's Chancery Division. He is the author of Clarifying Murky MERS, 31 N. Ill. L. Rev. 1 (January 2011), and The Impact of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group v. McGahan on Already-Issued Foreclosures, 98 Ill. B. J. 520 (October 2010).
