Travis J. Ketterman

 

Biography
Travis J. Ketterman is a partner with the law firm of Whitfield McGann & Ketterman. His practice consists primarily of litigation involving labor issues at the federal trial and appellate levels. As part of his practice, Mr. Ketterman handles cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for District of Columbia Circuit, in addition to the preparation of Petitions for Writ of Certiorari before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ketterman received his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude with a triple major from Marquette University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Loyola, where he served as a Legal Writing and Moot Court tutor. In 2003 and 2006, Mr. Ketterman received the Lincoln Legal Writing Award from the Illinois State Bar Association.  Mr. Ketterman's first book, The ERISA Litigation Guide to Collecting Contributions, will be published in the summer of 2008.
