Brett E. Legner

 

Biography
Brett E. Legner is an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Appeals Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Illinois. He has filed over 200 appellate briefs and has presented oral arguments before the Illinois Supreme Court, the Appellate Court of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Prior to joining the Attorney General's Office, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert V. Boharic of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division. In law school he was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif.
