Emmy Levens

 

Biography
Emmy Levens is a staff law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where she handles a variety of cases including employment discrimination, bankruptcy, immigration, criminal appeals, civil rights, and habeas corpus. During law school Emmy served as the Managing Editor for the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, the Director of the Downtown Legal Housing Clinic, and the president of Moot Court.  Emmy also worked as a summer associate for Morrison & Foerster, LLP in San Francisco.

J.D., order of the coif, UCLA Law School, 2007
