Catherine M. Malloy

 

Biography

Catherine M. Malloy is an Assistant State's Attorney in the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. While attending Loyola as an evening student, she was a member of Loyola's National Moot Court Team and served as a tutor for legal writing. Her first assignment in the State's Attorney's Office was in the Criminal Appeals Division where she wrote numerous briefs filed in the Illinois Appellate Court. Ms. Malloy has also argued before the Illinois Appellate Court. Subsequently, she was assigned to the Juvenile Justice Bureau in both the Child Protection and Juvenile Delinquency Divisions and later in the Office's Felony Review Unit.
