John D. Mitchell
Biography
John D. Mitchell is an associate attorney with the law firm of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP. John is a member of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell's Litigation Department, where he concentrates his practice on business litigation and aviation litigation. In addition, John is a member of the Firm's Appellate Department and he has represented clients in appeals before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, and, most recently, the Iowa Supreme Court. Prior to joining Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell, John served as law clerk to the Honorable John P. Tully, Illinois Appellate Court, First District.
