Deborah L. Morgan

 

Biography

Deborah Morgan is a staff law clerk in the merits unit at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where she works on cases involving issues of criminal and immigration law, civil employment discrimination, prisoner litigation, and a variety of other civil matters. Prior to joining the staff attorney office, Deb was an associate in civil litigation at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon in Chicago, handling primarily civil corporate defense cases. Before law school, Deb worked for the State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services Bureau of Communications and Computer Services, where she mostly facilitated procurement of large purchases.
