Cathleen Phillips
Biography
Cathleen is a law clerk to Judge Paul R. Cherry of the Northern District of Indiana. She was previously a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn and a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Cacheris of the Eastern District of Virginia. During law school, Cathleen served on the managing board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law.
