Kristin Rakowski

 

Biography

Kristin Rakowski is a staff law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where she works on civil and criminal appeals involving issues such as employment discrimination, sentencing, and civil rights.  During law school Kristin served as the Executive Editor for the Northwestern University Law  Review and participated in Northwestern's U.S. Supreme Court Clinic. In addition, she worked as a summer associate for Jenner & Block LLP and served as an extern for Judge Wayne R. Andersen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is the author of a forthcoming article on First Amendment law and media regulation
