Keara K. Roethke
Biography
Keara Roethke is a commercial litigation attorney at Greiman, Rome & Griesmeyer, LLC. Keara concentrates her practice on representation of financial institutions and mid-size corporations in arbitration and mediation proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association.
Keara also specializes in representation of financial institutions, developers and contractors in litigating commercial real estate matters, including disputes involving construction, land use, mechanics liens and foreclosures. Her real estate business advisory practice includes working with condominium and homeowners' associations boards in general governance and litigation matters. Keara also has experience litigating shareholder disputes, breach of contract actions, director/officer liability and fiduciary actions, as well as tort and transactional matters for municipal corporations, such as school districts and airport authorities.
