Gregg Rzepczynski

 

Biography
Gregg Rzepczynski holds three degrees from Loyola University Chicago, including a BBA, MBA and JD. Gregg has practiced business and securities law in Chicago for over 20 years, representing clients in all aspects of securities litigation, including before all the major regulatory bodies. Gregg has also represented Plaintiffs and Defendants, in both arbitration and court forums on securities matters. Gregg is a former member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and has served on several exchange committees, including Chairman of the Arbitration Committee. Gregg also hold Series 3, 4, 7, 24, & 63 securities licenses. Gregg has served as an industry arbitrator on numerous securities cases and has been retained as an expert witness. Gregg is a lifelong Chicago resident and has served over twenty years on the Valentine Chicago Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors.
