Don R. Sampen

 

Biography
DON R. SAMPEN is a partner of Meckler Bulger & Tilson, LLP, a Chicago-based firm with offices in Dallas and Phoenix.  His practice focuses on insurance coverage and commercial litigation.  He has authored many articles and book chapters and has taught a variety of law school courses.  His bar association activity includes serving as chair of several committees, such as the ISBA Antitrust and Unfair Competition Section Council and the CBA Federal Practice and Procedure Committee, and as editor of numerous newsletters.  He received his law degree from Northwestern Law School (J.D. magna cum laude, 1975) and his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University (B.A. with highest distinction, 1972).
