William P. Schurgin

 

Biography
William P. Schurgin is engaged in a broad-based labor and employment practice and is involved in the representation of employers throughout the United States. His areas of experience include issues arising under federal labor laws, disability discrimination laws, employment discrimination laws, collective bargaining, independent contractor issues and wage and hour laws. He has given numerous speeches and papers on a variety of employment-related topics. He is a member of the CCH Healthcare Compliance Editorial Advisory Board and is past Chairman of the Labor and Employment Committee of the American Health Lawyers Association.

 

Education: B.A. with High Distinction, Michigan, 1977
J.D. cum laude, Boston University, 1980
