Michael Sennett

 

Biography
Michael Sennett is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition Law practice of Jones Day resident in the Chicago office.  He represents US and non-US companies in counseling, transactional and investigation matters before the US Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and State Attorneys General and in antitrust litigation matters in courts and before administrative agencies throughout the US.  In addition to a broad range of antitrust litigation, he regularly handles the antitrust aspects of domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures as well as criminal antitrust and grand jury matters.

 

Education: B.A with high honors, Quincy University, 1973
J.D., cum laude, Loyola Chicago, 1977
