Kalpesh K. Shah
Biography
Kalpesh K. Shah is a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His principal practice area is intellectual property litigation with a strong focus on patent litigation. He has participated in numerous trials in Federal Courts all across the country as well as in mediations and arbitrations. Prof. Shah is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
