Patricia S. Spratt

 

Biography
Patricia S. Spratt is an attorney with the firm of Shefsky & Froelich Ltd., where she concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, with an emphasis therein on appellate practice. She has drafted briefs for appeals pending in the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court, and she has argued appeals in both the Illinois and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeal. After receiving her law degree, she clerked for one year for then-Chief Judge William J. Bauer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. As a law student, she was Lead Articles Editor for the Loyola Chicago Law Journal.
