Biography
Caesar A. Tabet is a trial and appellate attorney who concentrates his practice in the area of complex business litigation. His practice includes corporate and class action litigation, constitutional law, unfair competition, and intellectual property litigation. His practice also includes litigation involving special remedies to resolve disputes in closely held corporations and partnerships, ranging from shareholder disputes, to corporate deadlock and dissolution, to employment disputes. He has authored numerous articles and lectured on various topics relating to complex civil litigation.

 

Education: B.A. with honors, St. John's, 1982
J.D., Minnesota, 1987
