James F. Tozzi

 

Biography
James F. Tozzi is an associate with the Law Offices of Reda, Ciprian & Magnone in Chicago. His practice focuses in estate planning, probate, corporate transactions, and real estate law. Prior to attending law school, he earned his undergraduate degree in history with a minor in Italian, and a Master's of Library and Information Science with a concentration in law libraries and legal research. While in law school, he completed externships with the Honorable William J. Bauer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and with the Honorable Wayne R. Andersen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He also served on the board of the DePaul Law Review as Articles and Notes Editor. After law school, he completed a two year clerkship with Justice Peg M. Breslin of the Illinois Appellate Court, Third Judicial District.
