Stephen Winter

 

Biography
Stephen Winter is a staff law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where he works on criminal and civil appeals. During law school, Stephen served as an Executive Notes and Projects Editor on the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, worked for Washington University's Appellate Advocacy Clinic, and externed for Chief Judge Catherine D. Perry of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Stephen spent his summers during law school working at the United States Department of Justice and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Prior to law school, Stephen volunteered with a humanitarian aid organization in Vienna, Austria.
