Paul J. Voss is a member of a national health law practice, the Law Offices of Thomas J. Reed, Ltd., representing and advising physicians and medical staffs, with concentration primarily on hospital-based physician groups. His practice has involved advising clients on a variety of legal matters including exclusive hospital contract, employments, group practice, joint venture, licensure and program participation, medical staff bylaw and staff privilege/credentialing, antitrust and fraud and abuse issues. In his work he has also represented professional societies including the Illinois Radiological Society and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Mr. Voss has also written materials on hospital contracts and alternative practice models for the American college of Radiology and has spoken on health law topics at academic institutions including Loyola Law School and Northwestern Dental School and has taught heath law in the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
