Is it permissible to copy material available on Westlaw and post it on my TWEN page?

In some instances, the TWEN courseware software will automatically create a link to content available in Westlaw from a listed citation, in which case there is no copyright concern. If a live link is not created, however, the best course of action is to provide students with the citation in Westlaw for them to locate themselves. When setting up your course page on TWEN, you can elect to post a "Westlaw Research" link, which will allow your students to link directly to Westlaw from your course page. The Westlaw and TWEN User's Agreement, contains more specific information on content use in TWEN.
