Library Instruction Request
Use this form to request instruction for a class, research project, student publication/organization, or other venue regarding one of the library's many databases or resources. A librarian will contact you to finalize details for your instruction session.
In order to insure that facililties and equipment are available, please give the library 10 days notice before the desired date of instruction.
If you are a faculty member who needs additional assistance, please contact your liaison.
