Michele is an Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the Illinois Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Bureau. Michele has also been an associate attorney at Wexler Wallace LLP, a boutique class action firm, and an associate attorney in the Financial and Securities Litigation Group at Sidley Austin LLP. Michele is a former law clerk to the Honorable Terence T. Evans of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She is the co-author of Using Accountants as Experts, published in the Course Handbook for the Practicing Law Institute’s CLE program “Basics of Accounting for Lawyers 2009:  What Every Practicing Lawyer Needs to Know”.
