Donald A. Cole

Specialty Area: Donald A. Cole is a litigation associate with Bryan Cave LLP, where he specializes in intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.
Donald advises a wide variety of clients in the areas of trademark registration, protection and enforcement, and has broad experience in prosecuting and defending trademark infringement, anti-dilution and unfair competition claims in federal courts. In addition to his trademark work, Donald also advises clients concerning the creation, maintenance and protection of copyright interests. As a law student, in addition to serving as an academic tutor for contracts and Editor-in-Chief of the school’s International Law Review, Donald was a competitor on both the school’s Frederick Douglass moot court team and Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration moot competition team.
Prior to beginning his legal studies and career, Donald served as an engineer officer with the United States Army.
