Call for Papers

Children's Legal Rights Journal

CLRJ is a national journal sponsored by Loyola University Chicago School of Law in cooperation with the National Association of Counsel for Children. We publish articles on a variety of children's legal issues including child protection, adoption, mental health, and education.

We are currently accepting submission on a variety of topics for our winter issue, and we are also currently looking for articles for our spring symposium issue, focused on gun violence and how it impacts youth.  

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. All submissions and questions can be sent directly to CHILDLRJ@LUC.EDU. You can also contact our journal via mail and fax:
