One of the best ways to find out about a school is to make a personal visit. By taking the time to visit the school, applicants will have the opportunity to experience the environment of the school, its campus and the surrounding neighborhood. Loyola University Chicago School of Law welcomes visitors during the entire calendar year through weekday tours, weekly information sessions and classroom visit options.

Tours are offered at noon, Mondays through Thursdays, and 11am,on Fridays.  Individual visit sessions with a member of the admissions staff are available by appointment only. Tours start from Room 1440 of 25 East Pearson on Loyola's Water Tower Campus.

Class Visit:
Loyola School of Law welcomes visitors to regular fall and spring first-year class sessions. There are class sessions available to visit Monday through Thursday, in the day and evening hours. First-year classes are the only classes available for attendance by visitors. Visits are not permitted in upper-level or special program (such as Health Law or Child and Family Law) classes.

TOUR:

September through May, tours of the law school are conducted Monday through Thursday at 12pm and Friday at 11am during the weeks that school is in session. A first-year law student or a member of the law school admission staff will be your guide on the tours. All tours begin in the Admissions Office - Room 1440 - at the School of Law in 25 East Pearson Street.

The Friday Info Sessions are general information sessions driven by questions of applicants. These sessions are usually small and are meant to provide an informal atmosphere for the exchange of information. The sessions are conducted by a member of the law school admission staff. The sessions are held in Room 1440 of 25 East Pearson. The INFOrmal Friday sessions are held most Friday afternoons. It is important to note that this program is occasionally canceled due to holidays or other special events at the school.

Individual Appointment with Admissions:
If you are unable to attend the tour or an INFOrmal Friday Session, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon), Monday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Friday you can schedule an individual meeting with a member of the law admission staff. Additionally, afternoon appointments can be scheduled between 4pm and 5pm Monday through Thursday.

These meetings, which are 15 minutes in duration, are to answer questions you may have about the admission and/or financial aid process, or the law school and its programs. They will be held in room 1440 of 25 East Pearson.

These appointments are not designed to be candidate interviews, but an opportunity for individuals who are unable to attend our Friday Information Session.
