Obtaining Class Rosters & Entering Grades
Learn to obtain class rosters, view photos, enter grades, and notify your students through LOCUS. Note that if you have taken "LOCUS Basics", there is no need to sign up for the "Obtaining Class Rosters & Entering Grades" training session. Instructions for Faculty are found inside of LOCUS in both video and PDF form.

LOCUS Course Scheduling Tips and Tricks
LOCUS Course Scheduling Tips and Tricks covers scheduling hints and shortcuts in LOCUS as well as some tools at your disposal for working with class scheduling. Note that a basic understanding of Course Section Scheduling is assumed. If you haven't had an introduction to course scheduling, please contact LocusTraining@luc.edu.

WebFOCUS Reporting Tool
WebFOCUS is a reporting tool that delivers standardized reports from LOCUS. Depending on your department and job function you can use WebFOCUS to search student's academic standing, see if a student's registration is blocked, obtain information concerning a student's program/plan, and more.

LOCUS Academic Records Management
Academic Records Management Training covers how to work with student contact information, service indicators (holds), viewing unofficial transcripts/transfer credit summaries/test results, work with student groups, view class rosters, student grades, term history and how to assign academic advisors.
