Below is the presenter registration form for the symposium. You may not present the same project more than once; however you may submit two different projects (three if one is an oral presentation). Register each project separately. If you are presenting as part of a group, one person should register on behalf of the whole group, indicating additional presenters' names, emails, majors, and expected years of graduation. If you do not complete the form and hit "submit," none of your information will be recorded and you have not yet registered.
IMPORTANT: Immediately after you hit "submit," you will see a note that says "edit your response." Click it and COPY AND SAVE THE LINK in the top address bar NOT the link in the yellow box. This link is the ONLY way you can edit your information after you have submitted it. IF YOU DO NOT SAVE THIS LINK YOUR SUBMISSION IS FINAL AND CANNOT BE CHANGED.
All submissions are due before March 10, 2014, but you are encouraged to register early.
What you will need to register:
- Project title and 100 word maximum abstract
- If presenting with co-presenters, the full name, Loyola email address, major(s), and expected year of graduation of EACH of your co-presenters
- Mentor’s name, email, and department
