LOYOLA ARMY ROTC

Loyola's military science program adds practical management training and leadership experience to any course of study within the university.   Any Loyola student can take these courses.  Most count for general elective credit, including the Physical Training Courses.

Students willing to make a greater commitment can join the Army ROTC program.  You may be eligible for a full-tuition scholarship.  The Army ROTC prepares students for service as commissioned officers on active duty or in the reserve components of the U.S. Army.

Most courses for the four-year program in military science are taught on the Lake Shore Campus.  Some courses are taught off-campus in cooperation with the University of Illinois-Chicago.
