The Local Immersions are offered in Chicago every fall as an opportunity for students to engage in some of the social issues affecting neighborhoods of Chicago. Participants gain a fuller understanding of the hopes of people stuggling to thrive in our city through crosscultural experiences and service opportunities with organizations making a difference in our communities.
