Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is the practice of assisting a person to discover the many ways God is present in all of life, and to respond to that discovery in a growing relationship of love and freedom. This practice takes place within the context of intentional spiritual conversation with a director who facilitates the directee's awareness of God's presence in his/her life and encourages growth in the directee’s relationship with God.
