Chicago 2010

The 52nd Annual Convention will be held in Chicago, Illinois from November 4-7, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. The 2010 informal convention theme is "Terror."

Registration Fees

The registration fees for the 52nd Annual Convention in Chicago are as follows:

  • Regular Registration (includes up to 12 complimentary papers): $80.00 - Before October 31st midnight
  • Special Registration (includes 0 papers): $40.00 - Before October 31st midnight

NOTE: Special registration is for students, part-time, unemployed or retired membes only; papers may be purchased only at the meeting.

Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.

Registering for the Convention

All attendees must be members of the association to attend the convention. The deadline for convention presenters to pre-register is Monday, June 14, 2010. Registration can be easily complete via mail or online using a third party vendor, Acteva.

IMPORTANT: Because of printing deadlines, convention presenters must register by Monday, June 14, 2010 in order to be included in the printed program.

    NOTE: A convenience fee is charged when using the third-party vendor, Acteva, for online registration.

    IMPORTANT: Pre-registration for convention presenters and non-presenters will end on Sunday, October 31, 2010. After October 31st, on-site registration will be necessary.

On-site Registration

On-site registration becomes effective after October 1st. Online registration and registration via the U.S mail will not be accepted. The on-site registration fees are as follows:

  • Regular Registration (includes up to 12 complimentary papers): $105.00 - After October 31st and on-site
  • Special Registration (includes 0 papers): $55.00 - After October 31st and on-site

NOTE: Special registration is for students, part-time, unemployed or retired membes only; papers may be purchased only at the meeting.

IMPORTANT: Any registration forms received after October 31st will not be accepted and the funds will be returned.

Credit cards will not be accepted on-site. On-site registration fees can only be paid using cash or check.
