External Transfer Students
Note: Our nursing program is filled to capacity and we are not accepting any external transfer students at this time. The School of Nursing anticipates accepting external transfer students beginning Spring 2010.
Students who attend other colleges and universities may transfer to the Niehoff School of Nursing after completion of an Associate Degree (not in Nursing). A minimum GPA of a 3.8/4.0 scale and a minimum grade of "B" in a science courses is required for transfer students.
Admitted students are expected to take GNUR 207, GNUR 208, and GNUR 293 during summer session prior to start of junior year.

Visit Undergraduate Admission to find out which courses will transfer from community colleges. Students who have not completed the curriculum outline above may need to take summer-school courses to complete the requirements. After acceptance into the School of Nursing, all remaining classes must be completed at Loyola.
