Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate scholarships offered by the Niehoff School of Nursing include:
- Madeleine C. Anderson Scholarship: Intended for a traditional undergraduate nursing student
- Suzanne Becker Scholarship: Intended for an accelerated baccalaureate nursing student
- Arthur J. and Glenna B. Collins Scholarship: Intended for an accelerated baccalaureate nursing student
- Robert Woods Johnson Scholarship: Intended for traditional and accelerated undergraduate nursing students and awarded in the spring term
- Laura Klink Scholarship: Intended for an accelerated baccalaureate nursing student
- Mary Menze Thomas Memorial Scholarship: Intended for a traditional undergraduate nursing student
- Dr. John N. Nicholson Scholarship: Intended for a traditional undergraduate nursing student of Greek origin
- Julia Sweeney Scholarship: Intended for a traditional undergraduate nursing student
- Sandy Panda Scholarship: Intended for a traditional undergraduate nursing student
- ELKS Scholarship: Intended for an accelerated baccalaureate nursing student
- VNA Foundation ABSN Scholar
- Wrigley Scholarship: Intended for traditional and accelerated undergraduate nursing students

Note: Applications for scholarships are available in the spring term from the office of the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Students. Applications are reviewed in June/July and the awards are made in the fall for the fall semester. Students who are the recipients of the scholarships are required to submit a letter acknowledgement to the donor or the foundation.
Students who are admitted to the A.B.S.N. program do not qualify for federal, state or Loyola need-based grants and scholarships, but may qualify for federal and private loan programs.

Graduate Program in Nursing
Professional nurse traineeships are offered under the Nurse Training Act. These scholarships are available to full-time students in the MSN program to cover tuition up to 21 credit hours per academic year. Stipends are awarded based upon the availability of federal government funds. Students must also agree in writing to the conditions of the traineeship and have a program plan of study from their advisor on file prior to enrolling in courses.
