Internal Transfer
We invite you to apply to the Bachelors of Science in nursing program and join a community of students that have made the decision to enter the wonderful world of nursing. Loyola undergraduate students with a minimum of a 3.0/4.0 GPA and a minimum grade of "B" in all science courses may apply to transfer into the School of Nursing by submitting a completed application form.
Admission to the Bachelors of Science in nursing program is competitive and space is extremely limited. Students interested in applying as internal transfers to the School of Nursing need to attend a mandatory information session.
Deadline for Fall
May 1st Deadline for Spring November 1st
Applications are accepted twice yearly for internal transfers:

once in the fall and
-
once in the spring.

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in all college coursework completed, including transfer credits.

A minimum grade of “B” in all science courses.

Attendance to an information session prior to application.

Lake Shore Campus
Step 1:
Sign up for a mandatory information session.
Step 2:
Attend the mandatory session where you will receive detailed information about the admissions process and the nursing program.
Step 3:
Submit an application for desired entry time.
Step 4:
Await your decision and additional information.
