All the information juniors, seniors and ABSN students need for clinical assignments are posted as well as location, faculty and orientation to clinical agencies. Academic calendars are included by class for 2008-2009. Please review them and may be download and keep with you for future planning.
Senior and ABSN students please complete your Clinical Role Transition Request Form and submit it to Cathleen O’Very.
Do not forget to complete the learning module on American Psychological Association (APA) Format. The APA Format is the writing set up for all professional papers written by students for such assignments in the School of Nursing. In order to access the learning module you need to go to the Undergraduate Nursing StudentsBlackboard. Once on that Blackboard please scroll down to the APA Format by Dr Sue Penckofer, which is located on the lower left side of the screen. Please complete the module. Once you have completed the module there is a posttest. You can take the Posttest as many times as you need to achieve a 70% score to pass. The results of the test will automatically be posted in Blackboard. The score will take the highest score achieved on the Post Test. Submission of the Post Test grade of 70% or higher on blackboard will verify that you have completed this requirement. The module and posttest will be available on Blackboard.
