How to Apply
Students need to fill out the application form (Chicago Center Application), and provide with it the additional documents (see below) indicated on the form. These can be sent to the coordinator at your home institution or directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.

What to include with application form:
- Reference Letters
- Transcript and Course Descriptions in English
- Copy of Passport
- Bank statement or bank letter from your parents or sponsor
- TOEFL, IELTS or iBT scores*
*Please note that English language test scores can be submitted any time prior to arrival in the United States.
