FAQs
- What is the Sullivan Center for Student Services?
It is a new facility, located at 6339 N. Sheridan Road, on the south end of the Lake Shore Campus. The center consolidates a dozen university offices that provide student services and support, ranging from advising to undergraduate admission. More than 150 staff members plus student workers are now housed in Sullivan.
Additional features of the center include: extended service hours; a computer lab with 24 computer stations; 25 freestanding computer kiosks; eight conference rooms; testing and interview rooms; student-gathering space; and security staff.

- Where do I start to get the help I need?
Sullivan Center offers a unique feature, called "the Hub," which you'll see as you enter the facility, on your left, on the first floor. The Hub is the first stop for all students and visitors to get immediate help, answers and directions on what to do—or where to go—next.
The Hub is staffed by senior advisors who have worked in the various student services offices and who are familiar with Loyola and its students. These advisors also have been given special cross-training to learn about all student service areas housed in Sullivan Center, enabling them to answer many of your questions and solve many of your problems on the spot. This immediate service often eliminates the need for you to visit one or more service offices. The Hub also is available to help your parents, guardians and families with any questions they may have.
Hub services also include: handling walk-in inquiries; managing Sullivan's call center; making appointments for students with individual offices; distributing and collecting required forms and applications; providing various brochures, handouts and other resource materials; and more.
To learn more about the Hub, stop by the Sullivan Center, 6339 N. Sheridan Rd., on the south end of the Lake Shore Campus; call: 773.508.7700; or e-mail: onestop@luc.edu.
- If I need help at the Water Tower Campus, where do I go?
At WTC, a one-stop information desk for student services is available in the lobby of the 25 E. Pearson building. At this service desk, students are able to get general information and answers, as well as make appointments with appropriate service offices. In the future, a smaller student services operation will be established on the second floor of The Clare.
