I'm a clinical psychology masters student at Roosevelt University and am hoping to graduate this May (pending the completion of my thesis). For my study, which focuses on objectification among men, I am trying to gather a sample of Chicago-area college students. Without any funding, of course, it's difficult to find willing participants. I'm writing your organization in the hope that a few of your male members might be willing to give 5-10 minutes of their time in order to help me out (in exchange for some candy if they so desire). This study will be filling a hole in objectification research and helping to gain knowledge that is relevant to under-researched GLBTQ populations.
