A Part-Time position has opened up at the Jewish Broadcasting Network (JBN) in Chicago that is PERFECT for students! This part-time position is mostly data-entry, but also involves assistance in administration and programming, as well as involvement in the editorial board for the World Jewish Digest. The position is 15-20 hours, between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and starts at $10/hr. We are extremely flexible and are searching for the right individual to become a part of our growing team!

Jewish Women International seeks an intern for its Chicago field office. JWI and its 75,000 members, donors, partners, and supporters are committed to ending the cycle of domestic abuse within the Jewish community. The Chicago field office develops community partnerships and collaborations and provides resources for public awareness, education and action. The work includes planning a regional event for area professionals on healthy and unhealthy relationships.

The successful applicant will have good writing, communication and computer skills, be detail oriented and a team player, and have some experience working with Jewish and non-Jewish community groups as well as evidence of interest in the issue area. May need own transportation to commute to meetings.

The office is located in the Chicago northern suburban area. This position is available for September through May/June with possibility of renewal for the summer. 15 - 20 hours/week (number of hours is negotiable), small stipend available.
