Holiday spirit blows through the Windy City
Most people agree that Las Vegas really is "The City That Never Sleeps" and New York is the "Big Apple," but Chicago as the "Windy City"? Although it has a meaning, this nickname suggests bad weather and not much else. Even in winter, however, the cold breezes are not what blow visitors away. Chicago is the cultural and social center of the Midwest for a reason.

Christmas: A joyous celebration or a big aggravation?
There are two ways to look at Christmas: as a time of greed, misappropriated charity and stress posing as cheer, or as a time of joy for man, bright new beginnings and bright-eyed youths. While it is obvious the holiday that celebrates the birth of Christ has become a more secular event, it is less clear whether Christmas is a blissful holiday or a general aggravation.
