System Upgrade Notification

To better serve your needs, we are in the process of upgrading our proposal submission system. As such, please plan on not being able to use the PTAP system between 8:00 p.m. Friday, 10/23/2009, and 9:00 a.m. Monday, 10/26/2009.

If, for some reason, the PTAP system is still running during this period, please don't make any changes to existing records because those changes probably won't be updated into the new system.
