Paul Miller: Paul is an educator at heart – one who uses the outdoors as a context for instruction. He is excited to serve as the founding director of Ramble Outdoors and to lead the Loyola University community towards connecting urban students with the wilderness in meaningful ways. Paul most recently comes from Baylor University where he completed his Masters of Educational Administration in Student Affairs and Higher Education. He is originally from the east coast where he began his career in experiential education as a university challenge course facilitator. His other full-time job is being the father of two. In his "free" time, he enjoys running, cycling, playing with his giant dog Moses, mountaineering, and reading great books.

Chris Zajchowski: Chris is passionate about the transformative process experiential learning and outdoor pursuits engenders. He is thrilled to have landed at Loyola University, and for the opportunity to assist Ramble Outdoors partners to connect their experiences on the challenge course and in the backcountry with their everyday lives. Chris began a pursuing a career in experiential education as a student at Colby College, where he was heavily involved in student outdoor orientation trips, outings, and interdisciplinary studies. Since his undergraduate experience he has worked as a field science instructor, group dynamics facilitator, and river guide. He most recently completed his Masters in Experiential Education at Minnesota State University, Mankato. In his spare time, Chris enjoys backcountry skiing, grilling, and good company.
